Clinical Education Specialist
Work with the Director of Education and the Clinical Education team to ensure successful Body Vision procedures for physicians and hospital staff. Responsible for providing exceptional clinical support for new and current Customers. Facilitate a high degree of Customer Satisfaction throughout the launch and subsequent procedures through on-site support and customer training. Capture customer feedback and facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams (marketing, clinical, R&D, Regulatory, et al). Assist with implementing and driving metrics, data, and tools to measure customer proficiency to drive continuous improvement.
Your responsibility
  • On-site hospital support of Body Vision procedures
  • Extensive travel throughout US to support procedures
  • Train Physicians and staff recommended workflows and techniques for safe and effective patient results
  • Identify education gaps in customer experience and devise plans to increase product acceptance and adoption
  • Assist in developing training material for new and current technology, and deliver this material to physicians and staff as needed
  • Document proficiency and compliance for Body Vision Customers
  • Assist with necessary troubleshooting of software and equipment
  • Able to listen and understand customer feedback
  • Attend required meetings remotely
  • Attend/complete all required trainings
  • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in clinical procedures in operating room, IR, or endoscopy suite environment
  • Demonstrated peer-to-peer training with complex and evolving technologies
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, on-the-spot troubleshooting, flexibility, and professionalism
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize them
  • You must be excellent with technology and be able to present using a laptop, tablet, or via the web
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package to include basic Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Chrome
