Customer Care Specialist

Body Vision Medical is hiring a Customer Care Specialist, a key role with high visibility in their growing US commercial team. This person will be responsible to lead the design and execution of a customer support program, including the remote management of customer questions and complaints during U.S. business hours, providing customers with information about Body Vision products and services, orders and return processing. The Customer Care Specialist will handle day-to-day interactions with end users (physicians), technical staff, biomed engineers, among others, remotely. The Customer Care Specialist will report to CEO initially and ultimately to the Director of Customer Service (TBH), with the opportunity to grow a team in the future.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate technical answers in a concise way
  • Ability to answer a moderate to high volume of inquiries in a timely manner daily
  • Intermediate level IT knowledge
  • Ability to manage and address customer complaints
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Prior project management and logistics experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
