Sales Operations
Work with VP of Sales on a frequent basis to develop and implement sales tools and strategies resulting in increased sales and improved efficiency. Responsible for Order Administration including quote preparation, order entry, PO validation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and delivery of the monthly Sales Report. Also responsible for the ongoing administration of the Company’s CRM including data entry and update, maintaining data cleanliness & integrity, and developing custom reports and dashboards. Also responsible for helping develop, implement and refine Sales process as well as managing Sales reporting, pipeline review, and general Sales support.
Your responsibility
  • Sales process development, implementation, and continued refinement
  • CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation administration
  • Process orders (Government / Direct)
  • Create Monthly Sales Report
  • Attend weekly business review meetings
  • Work with channel to acquire necessary data for accurate reporting
  • Attend/complete all required trainings
  • Manage distributor contracts
  • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other related discipline preferred
  • Strong background in Sales Operations, Order Administration, and/or Customer Service
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management
  • Experience in Government/GPO/IDN contracts preferred but not essential
  • High attention to detail
