HR and Administration Manager

If the answer is yes, let's talk! Body Vision Medical is looking for an HR and Administration Manager to hold a central position in the team. Taking care of employee welfare, coordinating and leading recruitment processes and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring a pleasant work environment and the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Your responsibility
  • Plan, budget and execute all welfare activities such as happy hours, company events, etc.
  • Manage and ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all employee-related and administrative needs
  • Manage employee benefits and employee retention
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, managing office maintenance and logistics
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate and coordinate recruitment processes
  • Coordinating employee travel (flights, accommodation and more)
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise
  • Support accounting with petty cash and be accountable for office related expenses
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as HR and Administration Manager
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and time management capabilities
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • BA Degree
  • CAN-DO attitude
  • Full time position availability
  • Available to work full time from the office
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and Hebrew
  • Fast thinker, problem solver and result-driven
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and G-suite
  • Experience in a startup company – an advantage
