Regional Sales Manager - Midwest

Body Vision Medical is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Midwest region to lead the commercialization of the LungVision Platform, a novel augmented imaging device used for early-stage minimally invasive lung cancer diagnostics. The Regional Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for driving the adoption of the LungVision Platform. This person will work with hospitals and physicians to develop an effective plan to successfully acquire and implement the LungVision Platform. This role will report to the VP of Market Development and have the opportunity to build out their dream sales team.
Authority and responsibility
  • Lead territory opportunity development and activities to meet quarterly goals
  • Lead complete product implementation into new commercial accounts
  • Partner with Clinical Account Manager and Marketing team to execute on market development strategy
  • Support LungVision procedures, marketing, and education events to ensure effective integration of the technology within your customer base
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and manage implementation metrics, build and develop teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 5 years medical device sales experiences
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with physicians and hospital leadership
  • Track record of sales and leadership success
  • Pulmonary and/or start up experience a plus
  • Ability to travel 50%
